I can see that. I think Ne - Yo had a pretty good year. He wrote songs for people like Rihanna and Beyonce, had the #1 song on Billboard for 2 weeks earlier this year, and has had an album that sold pretty good.

-Group consists of Aubrey, Aundrea, D.Woods, Shannon, & Dawn.
-Group was formed by Diddy's Making The Band.
-It took 3 seasons to finally form the group and record debut album.
-Self-titled debut album sold 90,000 copies in the first DAY!!!
-Album debuted at #1 selling over 234,000 copies in the first week.
-Debut single "Show Stopper" was the 3rd highest debut on the Billboard charts in 2006 debuting at #17.
-"Show Stopper" peaked at #8 on the chart.
-Album has currently sold 839, 562 copies but has shipped over 1 million copies.
-Released 2nd single "Ride For You" in December.
-3rd single rumored to be "Want It".

Lupe Fiasco - I Gotcha
-This video is very creative. Its not like any other hip-hop video. Theres no hot girls shaking thier asses,thiers no cars, no money its just a different video and I liked it.

Diddy f/Christina Aguilera - Tell Me
-Theres just something about this video that makes like it a lot. I've watched over 20 times and it never gets old. I love the fans and the lights in the video not to mention its a hot song too.

Kanye West f/Lupe Fiasco - Touch The Sky
-Kanye West always makes great videos and this was no exception. I loved the whole vibe to it and Nia Long & Tracie Ellis Ross made the video funny.

Ciara f/Chamillionaire - Get Up
-I've always been a huge fan of Joseph Khan's videos. And I loved the whole black theme to this video. And I think its so cool how an amazing video like this is done behind a green screen.

Pink - Stupid Girls
-To Me this was the funniest video of 2006. Pink always comes up with amazing videos epecially when she has different looks in the video. Her and Dave Meyers make a great team.

The Pussycat Dolls f/Big Snoop Dogg - Buttons
-This was one of the most sexiest videos of 2006. PCD really out-did themselves epecially with the amazing coreography. No wonder why it won Best Dance Video at the VMA's.

LL Cool J f/Jennifer Lopez - Control Myself
-I love what Hype Williams did with this video. The 3 screen thing was amazing plus you had the sexy J.Lo in the video, what more could you want?

Rihanna - S.O.S. (Rescue Me)
-I think this is THE SEXIEST video of '06. Everything about this video is sexy, including Rihanna herself. LOVE THIS VIDEO!!!

Panic! At The Disco - I Write Sins Not Trgides
-I liked this vide a lot. The whole circus theme went perfectly with the song. No to mention it won Video Of The Year at the VMA's.

Ludacris f/Mary J. Blige - Runaway Love
-This video is def. the BEST VIDEO of 2006. Its a sad video but it sends out a good message. And all the actors did a amazing job in it. If music videos could win Oscars this would def. take the prize.

-The star of High School Musical set to release debut album "Headstrong" on Feb. 6th, featuring hot tracks like "Be Good To Me" and "He Said She Said". Her album and Katharine McPhee's album will be 2 great pop albums to kick off the new year.

-American Idol runner up to realese self-titled debut album on Jan. 30th, featuring first single "Over It" and hot songs like "Open Toes" & "Love Story". This album will be one of the best pop albums of '07.

Corbin Bleu
-Another High School Musical star getting ready to release debut album "Another Side" on Apr. 17th, is said to have pop & r&b feel to his album. Kicked off the year by staring in the Disney Channel Orginal move Jump In! and the sountrack to the move debuted at #5 on BB 200 and climbed up to #3 the following week, plus his single from the movie "Push It To The Limit" entered the Hot 100 at #14 making it the second highest debut of 2007. The soundtrack to Jump In! is said to be just as big as the HSM soundtrack so his debut album should be promising.
