I mean, I do too, but they need to keep in mind perception as well. Gaga is Interscope's gem... so of course they are going to talk highly of her in her absence. They might over do it sometimes, and most definitely during the BTW album.. but I think that was the point of that album. It was an over the top, message oriented album, geared mainly towards her fanbase (and a lot of gays). It didn't do her any favors with the general public, but that wasn't the goal.
She will be if he continues.
Of course there's going to be hype. The problem with BTW was that it was overhyped. If they keep the hype at a reasonable level, then I'll be OK. And at least it's not another ''album of the decade'' situation (yet
