Because he told Target they'd have the exclusive hard copy of his album and he then went ahead (rather his Record Company) released it a week before the original release date..Therefore causing Target to be up in their feelings and deciding not to carry his album at all.....

You know why its a big deal that target didnt carry his album ?? and why its sorta like blacklisting , Because target carries like 80% of the music market share ..with itunes and amazon and other retailers sharing around 30 . she his music is really that widely distributed
and deciding not to carry his album at all.....
