No they didn't have gaga in all of those categories because she swept all the categories the year before. Everyone knows monsters will out vote anyone and watching gaga win every single fan voted award would be boring. They heavily advertised gagas opening act as a lifetime performance cuz they knew she brings in the ratings. Even airing two unrelated commercials such as the gh/hml mashup and the Y&I jazz video.
