Shakira needs to humble herself and go on promo tour in which she visits numerous U.S. radio stations, acts friendly, and wins over the support of DJs.
Even for the iHeartRadio Festival, whereas several other artists recorded their own vocals to contribute to the marketing campaign, Shakira did nothing. She hasn't even acknowledged that she is performing.
