I definitely remember City High. As the many others, I would not call them a flop but perhaps you are referring to them not coming back with more music as a flop rather than actually having poor sales.
"What Would You Do" brings back some memories for me. It was introduced by someone who had some influence in my life and it was their one and only year in the area.
