Finally finish my initial listen. I found a lot of songs that I really loved, but I wasn't as wowed as I would have hoped. These albums definitely took me out of my comfort zone, so I'm going to need to give them all another go to settle my scores.
I found Animal Collective's music to be too inconsistent(?) I think? Like, I didn't like how some of their songs sounded like they were two or three different songs in one.
But I have them some 8s because those ones were pretty good.
I remember the first time I listened to MPP I didn't really like it at all, but every time I listen to that album I like it more and more. It's definitely a grower.
