That's not what he is saying at all  he is actually expressing the fact that Beyonce charted first under Destiny's Child and thus he is saying that she hasn't had consecutive #1's debuts because of the fact that she is credited under them. You can interpret that how you like though. Britney's debut album was a solo debut, Beyonce's debut album was after multiple releases from Destiny's Child.

I don't understand the double standard with Beyonce though. When the hive wants to use DC receipts, there is suddenly people jumping in saying "It wasn't only Beyonce," but now her career in DC should be considered important.
Kelly also released a solo album after DC, but where did hers chart? I understand Beyoncé was the lead singer and she was the most popular in the group, so she was bound to sell more than Kelly, but DIL didn't even open with an insanely high number.
It was obvious DC was a very small factor into the success of her albums, especially the later ones.
