oh come on kim did a horrible thing to kris and humiliated him in front of the whole world, he should be the one who won't be hoping to see her face ever again.
Oh right, I thought she was... But still if she's a regular I can understand, she probably had a lot of mutual friends there and it'd be awkward, plus you know what the media is like, they'd probably be like "Kelly hangs out with Kris, turns on Kim"
Unfortunately I could imagine the media doing that
