These two states are often compared due to the nightlife, party exotic atmosphere(LA,Miami), better theme parks, and beaches. Which state is overall better?

Having lived in both, California is better by far. Florida is good for a tourist trip, but it's not somewhere you'd want to live.

I never lived in neither or been there, but I don't think I would want to live there.

Florida had hurricanes, huge mosquitoes, rednecks in the north, old people and Cubans in the south(i wouldn't fit in), and that stand your ground law.

California has earthquakes, droughts, a stupid and ineffective government, a lot of pollution/smog in the cities, and red necks/mormans in the east.

I rather go to Marryland.

I chose Florida, because of Disney World though.

Prob California, even though I've only been there once. I've lived in Florida most of my life, and it pretty much sucks.

I love both states but I'll go with my home State of Florida

I've never been to California but living in Florida I can already say that hell is better than FL so Cali is my answer.
