PTA may be not the most original song, but it's also not like Nicki does major promo, every song can hit #1 with the right campagne and support, whether it is PTA or CMM,

Your post has so many flaws that it's redicuous. First of all, an artist can give a song an enormous amount of promotion but that doesn't mean that it will go #1. Madonna performed GMAYL on the
SUPER BOWL (aka the most watched show on American TV) but it only hit #10. Rihanna performed WHYB on the
AMERICAN IDOL FINALE but it only hit #5. Taylor Swift tweeted to her
16 MILLION+ FOLLOWERS to buy Ed Sheeran's album but it only peaked at #5..
Second of all, even if a song/album does get major promotion, it is up to the general public whether it hits #1 or not. It doesn't matter if the President performed the song; if America does not like it, it will not go #1.
End discussion.
