Yes girl it DEFINITELY aired on Disney Channel. IDK about Radio Disney, but I'm sure they played it there too.

Overall, our experience was great, although I was rather disappointed with one of the judges in particular… but we’ll get to that later.
To begin our story, we arrived three hours early, and got our tickets immediately. We were lined up outside under a tree in the parking lot (trying to keep some shade from the heat) as we waited to enter the building. While there, we met many other really awesome fans, and it was really cool to chat with some of them.
When we entered the building, we again had to wait, this time for quite a while. It did become rather claustrophobic at one point, because we were all crammed together in one area of the coliseum, but it wasn’t all too bad. The whole thing was actually rather unorganized and not well-thought-out, but the excitement we all felt overwhelmed the annoyance we otherwise would have felt.
Eventually, we were allowed to take our seats, which were actually AMAZING. Right in the middle, only a little space back from where the judges were sitting. We had a FANTASTIC view, and I was very happy with the turnout. There was actually a male Britney Spears impersonator sitting a few rows across from us, and he was VERY entertaining. He was wearing the Me Against The Music video outfit, and it was just hilarious to see! 
The taping began around 2:00, and the judges’ entrance was PHENOMENAL. Let me tell you, when Britney walked in, the audience ERUPTED. I’m almost certain I almost went deaf.
So, the show started, and we were all graced with a mixture of extreme talent, as well as some extreme embarrasment.
Now, to the judges themselves: Simon was great. L.A. was pretty good. Demi was actually quite fantastic and funny, which surprised me. But Britney, on the other hand… not so hot.
Now, you all know that I’m a Britney fan, and I love the bitch to death, but today, you could just tell she wasn’t feeling it. She looked pissed, and spent a lot of time leaning back in her chair and picking at her nails rather than focusing on her critiques. It seemed like she was just completely uninterested, and she only showed her personality maybe once or twice… the rest of the time, she basically just agreed with the rest of the judges. At one point, it really made me mad, because I and a few other fans who sat around me actually screamed her name together to try and get her to turn around and wave at us, and she absolutely REFUSED to acknowledge us. We literally screamed her name about ten times throughout the taping, and I KNOW FOR A FACT that she could hear us, yet she wouldn’t even take a minute to smile at us even once. Although, I did scream Jason’s name one time, cause he was sitting not too far from us, and he turned around a gave a friendly wave, which I thought was pretty cool. If only his girlfriend could have done the same… *sigh*
Demi Lovato, on the other hand, was absolutely great! She was very funny and gave fantastic critiques, and her hair actually looked really good for once. I liked that she actually took the time to socialize with some of her fans in the audience.
So overall, X Factor was a great time. Britney was more than a little disappointing (especially considering that she was the main reason I even attended) and she was completely boring on the panel, but it was still pretty fun.

it did air on Disney, almost every video aired on disney
Miley's, Selena's, Demi's, etc
but RD wasn't released in the US, even that guy T33NSource told us.
