A prosecutor handling Chris Brown‘s felony assault case has found a possible discrepancy in exactly how much community work the R&B singer has performed, causing a judge to demand an audit of his files.
According to the Associated Press, Deputy District Attorney Mary Murray asked for the review because records are unclear as to how many hours Brown has performed and where the work has been done.
There are other issues, as well.
Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg said the court hadn’t received updated logs of Brown’s community service, which is to include manual labor such as graffiti removal and roadside cleanup. She did, however, note that Brown has completed a significant number of hours.
Schnegg has ordered Brown to appear at an Aug. 21 hearing.
Twenty-three-year-old Brown is currently serving a five-year probation sentence for the February 2009 assault of pop star Rihanna, his then-girlfriend. In February, his attorney Mark Geragos asked that the probation be terminated, but his request was denied.

He's been cleared in regards to his community service. The judge went out of her way to praise him for how great he's done with everything. And he's still doing community service to this day, outside of the court ordered ****. Please have a seat.
