Justin has 2 octaves, 1 note and a semitone, not to mention he CAN use falsetto (not as well as others, but the ability is there).

Adele has 2 octaves, 1 note, and a semitone. She doesn't have a whistle register.

The only thing Adele has over Bieber is that she has much more power in her voice.

To be honest, I've never thought of any of the gurls as overrated when it came to vocals.

Out of these I would have to say Adele. Her voice is powerful but her range isn't really big either.
