Truth be told, this really wasn't his fault. Feel bad for him + all celebrities in general that are excessively stalked beyond what is reasonable to expect. I'm not saying that people shouldn't take pictures - but chasing on the freeway or blocking cars is simply unacceptable and to be honest I'm not sure why more serious legal consequences aren't handed down to those paparazzi.

I can't believe people are in here bashing him for the illegality of using his cell phone. It's appalling.

And by the way, it is not illegal to call a law enforcement agency while driving.

And the reason he wants to drive himself is for independence and to enjoy some things that his career has earned him. Believe it or not, some people buy sports cars to drive them.

I feel bad for him, but why did I listen to the whole thing?
