Not impressed honestly.
This is so sad. I was really pumped for this! I mean, I can still remember when I heard 'WHen You Were Young' and 'Human' and it was like being knocked sideways, they were so epic and instant. This is just....alright.

Yes, I remember when When You Were Young was released, I was slayed and so excited, it was just magical, I had the song on repeat like for 2 months. And Human I looooved it, but not as much as WYWY tbh. But this one is just disappointing

Agree about those songs... MASTERPIECES but they have BMN and AYAS from HF that are FARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR better, and one of the best ever...
So yes, it's not the strongest single ever but it's good, far from what you are saying about it...

It's not as bad as a lot of people are making it seem. Definitely a much better track than "Human". That whole era was just... It actually is very Keane-ish, which is why I could see a lot of HF & ST fans not being all about this. I guess the general consensus is that they need to tap into the magic they had on Hot Fuss (which I would definitely agree with). But, again, this is not awful. It's cute, just not all that exciting.

I personally love it. But I'm extremely biased. There aren't that many Killers songs I don't like. Plus, I really liked BF's Flamingo and this song reminds me of that album.

Okay, listened with headphones a couple of times, and I love it, love it, love it. Also, re-inspired to listen to Sam's Town, and what a genius record that is.

I still haven't listened to their last album. Maybe I'll give that a listen.
