She needs proactive for her pimples and she looks old.

The more I look at this, the more I notice that somethings wrong.
It doesnt really look like shes wearing makeup, yet shes obviously wearing lipstick.
Her chest/neck area looks older and more sundamaged than her actual face. Has this been photoshopped in the oposite way?
