I met Glen Ballard at Katy's movie premiere in LA (ended up with VIP tickets to watch the movie with Katy/her fam/friends/team/ect lol -- not bad for going to LA with No tickets, tee hehehe) and flat out asked Glen if there was some sort of limited edition release of a Katy album in Japan -- the rumored one back in 2004 or 2005. I couldn't find solid proof that it existed... or did not exist... but now I Know. I know there is NO truth that that... NOTHING was released in Japan back then (or anywhere else). SO... 2 things... 1) a new book on Katy says it was released... a hem... silly authors... and 2).. @CDTMemories was pretty stuck on the fact that something was released as well... very interesting... this person gots some goods, but I have thought something was "off" from the get-go... lol... so...

Katy will NOT be releasing an album this year. Nothing planned after August 1.. music wise... (which I think this was said on Jimmy Kimmel -- I was in the audience... I assume that part made it on air.. don't think it was said during commercial). BUT she does have some other projects coming... I know one for sure and I have a good idea (one I've had for quite some time which I've more than hinted at before)... but I think I'll let it be a surprise.. for now... lol... I'm pretty excited!!! I do think she should come out with a line or hair dye tho.. LMAO.. just SO fitting, tee hehehehe!

Hmm. I also walked way the heck over to the street/house she grew up in in Santa Barbara. It was SO cool to walk down the street -- it's shown in "MTV Hoods"... and did all the KP/KH related stuff in SB/Goleta (didn't make it to the high school tho) that I knew about.

Not sure what else is worth sharing. Haven't been home 24 hours yet, haha. Sucks coming home to responsibility. I need a memory card reader to get my photos off the camera. I have some of my iPhone, but all the gooders are on the actual camera.. hmph!! LOL Eventually I'll post them... but for now..

She autographed my 2 opened Katy Hudson CDs as well as a printed screen cap of her tweet with a photo of the JTT photo and pogs that I gave her (will eventually get a photo of that, but I took this one right after, lol)

-I have SUCH new respect/love for Who Am I Living For. Seeing it alongside all the troubles with the labels and pushing her to be 'the next Avril' or 'the next Kelly' was so touching.

-The Russell parts actually made me cry a little. Where she was laying down like a zombie and no one knew if she would even do the show...and then you could see the struggle she went through just to put a smile on.

Wouldn't it be amazing if she brought electro-alternative music into the spotlight or followed the incoming wave of it? It could garner critical acclaim and respect, while still being commercial and appealing to the general public.
