Being the first one to vote for someone doesn't mean ****. Boyonce was the first one to vote the other day and everyone who played Nightmare can confirm that we practically NEVER got a killer on the first day.

I doubt that. If they were online they would probably send in their kill asap, so it is ensured that somebody will die.
I remember in the last (I think?) round of Nightmare, the killers were too late once and nobody died.
