That space hotel thing might not be necessarily for the end of the world. I hope not at least.
It isn't. It's simply going to be a satellite which definitely cannot independently sustain itself and a population permanently. Not even the ISS can do that.
You know what would be interesting, who would they put on there? which 7 people would be important enough to live on there?
I don't think it's to live on. It's just like a tour vacation type thing. Apparently 43 people have already reserved slots. At $4.4 mil a night you know they're just some old rich people probably.
