What do you remember about being on myspace?

I think I saw my first **** on MySpace.

when 2.0 come around, everyone begged everyone for a 1.0 profile.

and the stupid polls

Was how I found out about a lot of bands/music. Was obsessed with what songs people had on their profiles.

I remember you'd add certain people, go to their profile, and it's like you were in a completely different world with all the glitter art, curse words, middle fingers, and youtube videos they could possibly fit on a page.
I also remember how cuteee I used to make my profile.
I remember I met a TON of mutual friends on it. Like, it was crazy. But it got old super quick, and I just stopped using it after like a year.

Never had a MySpace

I never used this. I used Friendster before Facebook tho.

I only created one because I was envious of my older cousins, who all had a MySpace. Oh, and I didn't figure out the profile code system until like a year after I joined.

I got really good at the HTML coding for profile designs, and people were always complementing my page. Because of that, everyone was asking me to design their layouts all the time. So, that's basically all I did on there. I was always doing web design, more so than socialising on it. I had like 1300 friends though and it got too much, so I got rid of it.

Everytime I used MySpace, I felt as if I was in a New York slums sewer.
It was so dirty looking.

Oh god, top 8. So many people's feelings hurt over that mess.
