A MELBOURNE club owner turned down the chance to host Lady Gaga and her entourage's after-party last night so an unknown local band could play the venue instead.
Pop supremo Gaga had booked the intimate Cherry Bar in ACDC Lane in the city for a bash to celebrate the end of her mammoth Australian tour.
But the bar said Gaga and her pals would have to clear the stage by 9pm so that local two-piece rock band Jackson Firebird could perform.
Gaga's shocked party refused and decided to book another club, The Sun reports.
