The reason I think yall say she is "ugly" is because of the faces she makes like this
I don't think anybody say she's ugly. They may say she has a bad sense of style or she wears too much makeup or something but that's not saying she's ugly.
Nicki Minaj is passable, but only with hair and makeup. It's interesting how everyone who
compliments Nicki always says, "She has an amazing ass." They never or rarely comment on her face.
