I don't think that the nominations are out, but what might be out already is the long list for the nominations; in other words, the list that shows all of the people that CAN be nominated, and I guess that if "Listen" is in the long list, the composers that would be nominated in the category are already listed so you can already tell if Beyonce would be nominated for the award even if it doesn't really happen.
