I agree. I mean whatever hits the popular charts you're automatically given the title of pop. Whether it's pop/r&b or pop/rock that's the way it is.
If getting specific were the case most of the artists that were picked would not be accountable. Ala Avril = rock or Christina and JT = r&b.
