I believe it is a national holiday, so I doubt you are alone. As for last "break" until spring break, I think that is different for everyone. We have four more holidays before spring break, which is in April for this county. Stinks that this is your last "break" until spring break.
Well, my dad went to work and my mom didn't, so I wasn't too sure if it was national.
That makes sense. I thought it was a national holiday for most teaching institutions and I probably should have been more specific in my first post. I did not mean to make it seem like an obvious thing that you should have known because I, myself, was not sure.
He was truely a key player for United States' Civil Rights. I wonder how he would react to today's culture and the contemporary issues we face in the world.
