Actually, you might want to change that to IF SOMEONE IS USING AN AVATAR, DON'T USE IT, BUT IF SOMEONE USEDTHE AVATAR AND ISN'T USING IT, JUST ASK THEM IF IT'S OKAY, BUT IT SHOUD BE.
