omg. Don chasing his Megan around the apartment was terrifying. The acid trip was brilliant. Roger was the last character on the show that I would suspect to trip on LSD. I think my favorite episode so far this season.
I appreciate it. In two weeks I've seen 4 seasons and right now I'm at S05E11... Peggy leaving the company. Too much for me. Is Elisabeth Moss gone for good?
I don't think they would ever get rid of her (and hopefully Elisabeth Moss wouldn't leave), her and Don are Mad Men.
I'll collapse this so I don't ruin anything for Dancefloor:
Spoilers
On another note, the second last episode made me really sad even though I didn't like Layne very much.. I knew he was gonna do it as soon as Don told him to resign and he went and looked out the window.. My first though was "is he gonna jump". Then for whatever reason I convinced myself that his failed attempt in the car would deter him and as the episode went on I completely forgot about that storyline, then it cut to Joan starting her day and I knew it was a roller coaster of emotions
I'm hoping that the speculations about how Peggy and Don will still interact are true, since it would not make sense without her still there. I completely agree with the views on the second to last episode. Every episode closer to the finale reminded me more and more on why I loved the series.
With Lane gone and a board position gone I was hoping they'd get Peggy back to take his place or something but I doubt it will happen. I just need my Peggy/Don scenes.
It was a huge stretch to get Joan partnership.
So, seeing Peggy won't be doing anything similar, I highly doubt merit will get her up there with SCDP. The most I see happening, further down, is SCPD buying/merging with where Peggy works, resulting in Peggy back on the force, but with a higher position because she will get promoted like mad (men, ha ha ha) at the other company.

Peggy and Don belong together
Also fat Betty needs to stay fat and have all her plans backfire on her
and we need more Joan
Yes, Joan deserves more screen time. I actually like all the female regulars except Betty. Btw, just watched episode 11 and watching Lane that way was just disturbing...
