Nope...we'll have to wait longer for a wedding but not new music. SHe's not going to release an album this year...it most likely won't happen until fall 2013...if anything now is the time to do it. Yes she has x factor but people will want to see even more if she was pregnant, too.
My fear is that she will get pregnant in 2013 while recording for her next album and push things back. If she were pregnant now she would have the baby late winter/spring...still would have time to get it together for a nov 2013 release.
