Maybe every time RCA sees us complaining about them not hurrying up, they extend the single's and the album's release date by two days.

Do you think it would cool if they did like an Americas Next Top Producer and had a competition with producing songs and challenges involving different artist and what not, i could actually get into that (so random i know)

there's no way that they're going to try to promote P!nk, Christina, and Ke$ha all at relatively the same time. I guess Ke$ha is sitting this one out.

there are no rules. and we know that Ke$ha is taking her time (putting it nicely) on everything.

I'm not really sure, but some artists like to really get organised and get things done so it's all nice and ready to go when the time comes for announcing things. I'm pretty sure she did the same thing for Animal. I also think other artists like Katy shot her cover months before "Teenage Dream" as did Gaga for "Born This Way". Doing the cover art and booklet material can be a lot of work and it takes time to put it all together.

Maybe they had to pick an artist to push now and they chose pink so they quickly did the photoshoot and announced something, if Xtina is getting a release early august and Pink is Early July i suppose ke$ha will be Early september, which would suck cause she wanted those summer jams, plus then she will have Gaga and RIhanna to compete with

Well, most people seem to be assured that July is the month it happens. This really is the final straw for her, otherwise people are going to be seriously pissed off, to the extreme. We have been anticipating this since late last year. It's going to be disappointing if nothing arrives within July. I was thinking it will more likely be August, because I didn't want to get my hopes up. I ultimately think the album will be released in September though. She just needs to get it together real soon though, because people are going to give up soon. Everyone is becoming tired and frustrated. It's a hard time when an artist you love hasn't been actively present on the radio or charts for over a year, without any new music since November 2010.

They're on the same label, but I'm implied to think that RCA are more willing to invest in something big with Ke$ha, rather than waste their time with Christina, who hasn't had substantial success for 5 or 6 years. She's a pop star from the previous generation. Not only that, but people don't tend to like her attitude that much either, at least these days anyway. Unless she has something absolutely groundbreaking to offer, there is no way she is going to steal Ke$ha's shine.

True, but I don't think she has been very well received by the public at all and most people see her as "the bitch", which isn't a good thing image wise. She is always ridiculed in magazines and completely made fun of. The media is always trashing her. Not only that, but she gets dragged on Fashion Police all the time by Joan Rivers, which is quite hilarious. People just don't take a liking to her anymore. Also, does The Voice even run during August because I thought this year's series has already concluded? Anyway, I think Ke$ha has more of a chance than her. A much bigger chance.
