Am I the only one here for Martha's rap debut? I love this verse, it's so cute I wouldn't mind a few tracks where Martha was the lead sometimes...it would be...interesting.

Popnika isn't my thing. I can bop to the songs but they feel like a different artist made them, not the Nicki I've been listening to in her mixtapes.

Her pop makes her look like a sellout, and sellouts usually aren't considered legends in the long run.

I can see how PF:RR was a good career move in expanding Nicki's brand, but... eh. Starships were meant to fly.

You already know they will. Hip-hop fans wants rap, when they don't get they complain. The pop fans want pop, when they don't get that, they complain. I see why Nicki did what she did with PF:RR...she wanted to please both fanbases. A double disc would've been much better IMO....

The most we can hope for is an equal amount of pop with an equal amount of rap. It's a part of her brand...i guess idk. I don't see what's so bad about popnika...I think its just these dance tracks by red one she needs to stay away from...

I agree. If those pop songs were made by anybody else I probably wouldn't use them. But since they are by nicki, I like, and jam to them. But I love nicki's hip hop side more and that the side I lean to more. I have accepted that she is now multi faceted and will still make pop songs, so instead of fighting it and thinking about what could of been, I accepted her as a multi genre artist. I still wish she would do a hardcore album like BMUS were she raps, an gets soft and sings, but she NEEDS to stay away from red one. Im ready for hip hop nicki, and If that means I have to listen to some popish songs then so be it. Hopefully they are thre cross over hits like super bass though.
