To be honest, I don't really care when Britney releases her next single/album. She's just enjoying life right now, and like she said, she has finally found the "ying and yang" with life. For her next album, I want her to take her time no matter how long it will take. Britney even says that she doesn't like being rushed in the recording studio, she likes taking her time when making an album.

True but she also says that she doesn't like waiting too long. As much as I was against the whole x factor thing this would work out:

Summer 2012 promote x factor
Fall 2012 X factor (restore public confidence to those that think she is still crazy)
Winter 2012/3 work on new album
Spring 2013 continue working on new album and planning wedding...reality tv show for wedding
Summer get married final touches on album/promo for x factor
Fall 2013 x factor and promo for new album to include two performances towards the end of the season

Nov 2013 8th album era begins...

she better perform a hits medley during this season of the x factor. I dont want a new album this year, yearly releases makes her look desperate.

ew second season for princess of pop? it is ridiculous. Britney shouldn't stay away from music that long. It is not like she did so much promo for her last project so she can take a long break now. let's face it, she can lose her popularity. Perfect time for new single is december (finale of X Factor) and new album in February ( and performance on the super bowl as a part of promo)

I wouldn't mind a new album at the end of the year but we have not seen her in the studio and she won't have enough time this fall so how is a new album going to be on the horizon???

well we don't see her photos often these days so it doesn't mean anything. And these days it is not that hard to record albums and it is not so long to record them. Demi will record her new album soon, though she is touring rn and she is on the x factor as well.

Well, her fanbase will be enough to hit the #1 spot...I'm more concerned about the first 2 months of sales getting close to 750k so that she can easily scan 1M+ after 4 single releases.

I think she has to put in more time to headline. I would think after 2 or 3 more hit albums and a few more classic songs...at least one more classic ballad outside of Everytime but now it's too soon.

True but we could have at least seen her at least once.

My conspiracy theory way of thinking wants to believe that too keep it top secret they would low key record...add some of the gems that didn't fit FF and not talk about it because they want the focus to be on X factor and not the album or performing songs from the album on x factor...however, being a britney fan from the beginning they are very simple when it comes to things like that.

So my hopes are down for a 2012 release but as I mentioned in a prior post they would probably operate by introducing and reinforcing the more confident together britney this fall...work on her new album and planning her wedding beginning of the year, a 6 episode thing of her planning the wedding and getting prepared for the new era...

I have a strong feeling that in her 30s they are going to keep the classic dance pop songs but focus more on a mature sound which is why they want to tap into the mass audience to reinforce that she is sane and has her stuff together first...it would be hard to just put out an album without laying the groundwork imagewise ahead of time. They need to gain some of those fairweather fans that fell off due to the crazy antics back on her side.

I am so ready for the fusion of a mature sound into her music. I feel as though she and the team are starting to understand that they can't rely too heavily on the dance pop songs...they're cute but I think they know they need to step it up.

Can't wait for the toxic's, shadows, everytimes, state of graces, break the ices, somedays, inside outs, he about to lose mes, unusual yous, when i found yous, i run aways, + classic dance tunes.

Please do not ask her for this. It's hard for her now. She cannot dance to BOMT, Toxic, Slave4U, MATM like before. Please forget this and let it go.
