I was at the taping of this episode of the X-Factor and while Britney was not overly friendly, the kid did exaggerate in his facebook posts. Being behind the judges with no screens to show their reactions, I did not see her face or anything like that so I can't comment on the 'disgusted' look.
She was, however, pretty quiet and did not say much when he came out or really at all during the entire thing. I could understand being freaked out, I guess, but truthfully she didn't have much of a reason to be. I will agree with the guy about how things did get a bit awkward at the end with the flowers. If I remember correctly, he wanted to give them to her and she kind of didn't do anything. She sort of just sat there and didn't say anything, which is when Simon jumped up and said that he would take them. It was kind of a strange moment.
It wasn't Britney's friendliest moment on the show and it was a bit awkward. In all honesty, if that was my idol as well, I'd be a bit disappointed. However, I do think he might have overreacted a bit. Especially because his performance was horrible and to be honest, I thought it was just a joke...apparently it wasn't.
