Various mosques have been vandalized, many atrocities have been committed against Muslims, & discrimination is evident, but the government is doing little to nothing to stop it.
They banned the Burqa and were very close to banning the Hijab, which is an
ESSENTIAL part of the Islamic faith for women. Muslim Women cannot walk out of their house without wearing a Burqa in some cultures, and the fact that those women cannot leave their house for this reason is disgusting.
It confuses me how they can be liberal and plan on legalizing gay marriage, but they go back to the stone age when they discriminate against Muslims and claim the Burqa & Hijab are indications of gender discrimination.
Two very different topics.
Sorry but France respect other cultures/outlooks on life more than any state in the US. And by the way, you're replaying a French guy (according to his location), he obviously knows what he's talking about better than you will ever do.
