Judging by the trailers and clips, I'd say Andrew. Tobey's portrayal of Spiderman just wasn't who Spiderman was in the comics. Maybe writing is to blame for that, but even so, I couldn't see Tobey playing the witty and sarcastic Spiderman.
I saw the new Spiderman and Andrew Garfield is way too skinny to pull off a believable spiderman.
Although Andrew's ass is better in tights than Tobey's, Tobey still managed to make the whole "Super powers gained from a bug bite" thing more believable with his muscular build and tone. When you lack something as simple as that the character unravels before you. I found myself watching just for the actor and not the character who I was supposed to believe he was acting to be. I was very aware that this was Andrew Garfield acting to be Peter Parker/Spiderman.
Andrew was too skinny therefore making his "Super-strength" completely unbelievable.
This and many other things were my issues with the movie.
