It's either that or Katys an exception in the contract due to the pull she has or maybe Capitol paid a premium price to Sony for Wide Awake (doubt that one though).
Perhaps his contract isn't as restricted as reported.
Hope he isn't allowed to work with Katy though, anything beyond 1 single per album from him from now on is too much.
