It's not possible for me to not eat fast/junk food, so I've just been really trying to start a casual workout routine and gradually doing more and more.
About 2 months ago I realized I was in the worst shape of my life. Not how I looked, but just my strength and stamina. Soo, I've been doing crunches, pushups, and jogging on the treadmill. I do about 200 crunches and 50 pushups every night before I go to bed, and I run either a mile or 2 about 5 times a week in the morning just to get my blood flowing. I don't see myself running anymore since it's like hell basically.
Anyway, It's not about losing weight for me since I'm already a bit on the thin side. I just hated feeling out of shape, so I'm trying to make this a lifestyle. And let me tell you gurlz, my tummy is looking amazing.
