Over the years lots of celebrities have been filing their teeth down to stumps for these things. Some look pretty convincing, while others are painfully easy to spot.

What I'd like to discuss is whether or not you'd file your teeth down for some veeners...

I love my teeth the way they are. They're straight, clean, and white. I didn't need braces because my wisdom teeth aligned the rest of my teeth for me. I got lucky. Once they became useless and started causing me pain, those wisdom teeth went bye bye.

Anyway, what if one of the veeners were to become loose or fall out? I don't have $500 to replace one tooth all the time. What if more were to become loose or fall out? That's a lot of money and I don't want a smile full of stumps.

So would you get veneers? Why or why not?

I'd get them if my teeth were ****ed up but I'm fine with my teeth so I'm not planning on getting them

You're always your biggest critic and once upon a time i wanted some even though everyone tells me i have a beautiful smile. My teeth aren't all over tha place but i just wanted them because i wanted to sorta kinda wanted to have a new start with my teeth. I used to be tha guy who had no cavities,but when i went to tha doctor one year and he told me i had 2 i didn't know what to do with myself. Im taking much better care of them now. But overall,like i said earlier,everyone tells me how much they love my smile and i should smile more so i don't even know why i really wanted them in tha first place.

I want them

But only when my pockets are fat for life. My teeth aren't crooked, but I've had many cavities. Don't you have to replace them nearly every 10 years? I want the best of the best or near best to do them bc I don't want a horse mouth or for them to be ridiculously obvious. Although the fact the you have to file down your real tooth is quite frightening/a turn off.

But still... I guess I could consider it an investment.

I want them so badly. But I would be hesitant to ever go through with it. Too many people who go through the process end up with ill-fitting horse chompers.

Same. I want them, but even more I want to learn to be comfortable with my own smile. It's not TOO bad, my front teeth are just kind of big.

Haha. That's the same for me! So far, veneers don't seem necessary.

I know one of my exes got partial veneers to fix a gap in his front teeth. I can't remember the extent of the procedure. I just remember him telling me to feel around the back of his front teeth with my tongue. lol. Very weird. He still has a boxy smile, though.

I have a small mouth so partial is something I'm looking into more. I have a gap in my two front teeth that is pretty unnoticeable, but a gap nonetheless. Never in my life had any problems with it, but I always wondered what it'd be like to have it permanently closed. I could get bonding, but I drink a lot of coffee, tea, and I like red wine. I'd stain them so quick. And for the most part, I think veneers look better.
