That's because this was Britney's first successful era during the digital reign and during the time tours grossed a lot more than before thanks to inflation. I'm not saying it was a flop or something, I just expected more since this was her comeback after all she went through.

Well I think "Circus" had more potential .. and It could have done more .... but you know how the promotion was.

3 singles is not enough to maintain an album for a long time ..... ("Radar" is a song from Blackout) so Yes, "Circus" only had 3 new singles.

and IMO her team and Britney handled the era properly with the first 2 singles . . . after that the era was wrong terminated.


Despite the promotion issues, it achieved positive results , and yes it was comeback for Britney

Circus is actually my second favourite album of hers behind Blackout.

I loved every single, especially Circus, every video, the tour, everything about the era to be honest. I think what made me love this era even more was the fact it was after her breakdown and she returned to her throne as the queen of pop and showed everyone how it's done. The only problem I have with this era is Unusual You not being a single.

I think "Circus" has better lyrical content than "FF" ... but I enjoyed more the music of "FF"
