not really because the song is in a really high key for a guy which is why usher sings it in falsetto. Jessie sang it in her chest voice because it's not necessary for her to change the key of the song when she can handle the whole thing in her chest voice. it would sound weird if she sang the song in falsetto throughout the whole thing and it would be harder to belt out the notes in a higher key.
Her vocals are all over the place. She makes Usher look like Mariah.
