Some wouldn't label it as cheating, but the album did have a full-week $4.99 barely-enough-to-count-on-Billboard discount on Amazon.

He was everywhere. Letterman, Billboard Music Awards, Today Show, The Voice, Ellen... Only one official single out isn't an excuse.
Remember when they had Rihanna's account tweeting a link of TTT to everyone on her TL.
a 60% drop is decent for 2nd week. The album only sold 128k so this is actually very good and could show that the album will be a consistent seller.
