I'm not sure if this deserves it's own thread -- but "DJ General" posted this at Pulse Music Board after claiming to have heard a 1:47 clip of the new single.

Anyways, the single will be on the Internet very shortly...be patient my young friends.
The song is very different...it's almost like...is that really Kelly?! But it is in a good way. Hopefully radio and everyone thinks so...Even though what Kelly says about "not caring" her label still does and they are giving Kelly creative control, but they will make sure they will still make money.
Not sure if this is the final title, but the only thing it was titled as was "Couldn't Stop"

The single is a lot like Kelly's previous, it is just the lyrical quality is "extreme". It is a big step up for her. She is definatley more mature and if anyone thought she was once "bubblegum" they will have to listen to this. The CD is supposedly going in a whole new direction.

And this seems to be the last we'll be hearing from him for now:

skdhdf im getting real sick of reception.
I cannot give out the clip. The station I work at has some close ties with Kelly and they gave this. I'm sure a few stations have or will be recieving this. Kelly is pretty big in Detroit.
And that is the last I will say. I will not asnwer and PMs or posts on here.

It's all speculation at this point, but figured it was interesting enough to have a new thread. If not, feel free to lock. I have no idea if this is reliable or not.
Well, one poster says it's NOTHING like Kelly's previous work and it will leave fans wondering if that's really her. The other one says it's a lot like her other stuff. Guess we'll have to wait.
People are expecting too much from Kelly Clarkson. She needs a miracle to live up to the expectations. I think you should see this album as an experiment, because it's too early to take the next step. Her album after this one will probably be really good again.
Many people are gonna be so disappointed.
