First, Mi Reflejo had no official singles in the United States. It were all promotional singles, since they were all english versions of songs that had already been released there months before in english. Pero Me Acuerdo de Ti was the only song from the album that received single treatment and it was aimed for Latin America/Spain when Christina came here for her promo tour. There were no major performances nor promotion for the album in North America, except for the DVD recording where the Falsas Esperanzas live video comes from.
Shakira 23M WW? ROFLMAO Her best selling album is Laundry Service (13M WW) which sold 4M in the US, but it has tons of english songs.. Whenever, Wherever and Underneathe Your Clothes (the albums main singles) are songs in english. Her spanish albums (Pies Descalzos and Donde Estan los Ladrones have shipped 1M in the US and sold more overseas (like Christina's case). Fijación Oral sold 1.2M copies in the US and it was heavily promoted in the US as well. Shakira even performed at the VMA's.
Ricky Martin 11 Platinum 13M WW? What album are you talking about? His best selling album (Ricky Martin) is full of englihs songs. Sound Loaded was an english album (2M US / 8M WW), Vuelve had multiple re-editions and had The Cup of Life which was the Fifa World Cup Official song LMAO. It had massive promotion in the US includying Grammy Awards, Latin Grammy, etc.
Enrique Iglesias 20M WW? He WISHES. His two spanish albums have shipped 1M albums in the US. Same goes to Marc Anthony with similar figures.
The only album with massive success being spanish speaking is Gloria Stefan's "Mi Tierra" which was 16X Platinum (1.6M ) and it was released in 1993, when the likes of Madonna, Whitney and Mariah Carey used to sell 20M and 30M albums.
Plus, all the albums (except for Mi Reflejo and Fijación Oral) are all from the early-mid 90's. Try again.

Yet you continue to respond to me? and I don't hate any artist...or any person for that matter. When people try to inflate and overexaggerate it gives me will to go in.
I actually didn't compare English albums to Spanish album. The numbers would be higher if I did. Muah. I didn't read anything past the first sentence but I'm sure you put alot of effort into the remaining parts...
