My family think they are hilarious with there basic ass jokes and no sense of sarcasm and I'm like... "if only you knew". My oldest sister is amazing though...she has the most amazing personality and will say shocking things just to make a convo interesting....I love her!
Your family's jokes can't be as basic as my dad's. Like.. you can't even describe them.. There's one person that laugh at them - my dad. His laugh is so weird that everybody starts laughing and he refuses to understand that so he keeps on telling them

A dark sense of humor is also just more fun to have tbh...
The only problem is if you meet someone who is offended by the smallest things you say... I really have to watch it then

Omg I love my dad but he aint funny at all and when he tells a joke...he's the only one laughing at them and other people laugh along so he doesnt feel bad...... so awkward!

I have a friend who's kind of stupid actually and she gets offended my everything.. It's so annoying.. And the guys in my class finds it very amusing Her best comeback ever was calling a guy called Emanuel Emma..

lucky the only person in my family that is kind of close to my personality is my brother but i rarely speak to him so i may just be imagining things i have like 3-5 friends that understand sarcasm the rest just fail at comprehending it, oh yeah i tend to use really big words sometimes and people look at me like im a nerd but i just like reading a lot

Everybody loves my dad so they compliment his jokes just because he's so nice and I'm always like "noooooooooo, don't lie to him"
