The tweet was sent after a night out with Rita Ora in New York, which Tulisa began with the positive message: "Nuff luv 2 all the muffin n ndubletts, 4 eva thankful 4 ur support."
However, she later tweeted: "N as 4 all u f***ing haters ... u can kiss my f***ing ass #gettingpaid #bothered? Gdsghdhdhdh hahaha".
The next morning she was unrepentant about causing many to unfollow her account, writing: "Always loose a few thousand followers when I av a drunken rant with a bit of harsh language..#wellworthit #f***em."
The ex-N-Dubz singer has been taking a break in the US between X Factor UK auditions. While over there, she has been linked with New York-based producer The-Dream.
Her drinking partner Rita Ora performed on stage yesterday (June 23) at Radio 1's Hackney Weekend, on a bill alongside the likes of Jay-Z, Jessie J and Jack White.
