GRRRR!!!
Seriosuly, I actually started to like this after alot listen!
Now I thought its far better than Showstopper, and now it flopped? Well, too bad!
it's odd. i cant put my finger on as to why, i just think that the song fizzled because fans waited so long for a new video and single. and were tired of it.
It's definitely the timing that screwed DK up. After their album came out, Ride For You entered the Hot 100 and peaked at #78. If Showstopper was sent out earlier, and Ride For You was sent out shortly after the album release, RFY would have been huge.
I know "Sleep On It" will do good on the charts, I just know it. It's very radio friendly and VERY remixable for the clubs. It's a dance song and its popular, "Touching My Body" could be released but would need a very hot steamy video. "Sleep On It" can help the album sales and enter the Hot 100, Top 10. Plus they already have a hot dance routine for the song, with fans.
It's sad for DK that the song is a flop.
They worked so hard for it. What diddy let them do all the time.
Love the show (making the band), but do not like the album.
It's sad. This song was sooo good too. It's this year's "Stickwitu." The problem with it was that it stalled too long for "Show Stopper" and it literally became like Mariah Carey's "Say Somethin,'" which got played out before it became a single. It's sad that this song peaked when the album first came out and didn't even make a dent when it became a single. = (
Maybe. Since "Want It" is kind of a diss-song, they could collaborate against PCD, like Monica & Brandy in "The Boy Is Mine"... That would be, the biggest thing for the album
