I usually don't do all the songs at once so I save it in a word doc so I can take my time & so I can look at what I gave songs if I forgot!

What are you talking about? You already did all of the work.
Just copy and paste the songs list into an Excel document and put in your scores.

Or check the box at the bottom of the page that says "save message to sent folder" when you are writing a PM.
