The burger patty itself is different. It's much thicker in the photoshoot compared to the sliver of meat you get in a regular McDonalds burger. The rest of their claims may be true...
Most food advertisements incorporate non-edible material or don't even use real food at all for their photographs, so I'm pretty impressed at the fact that they keep things real in this instance.
