After calling time on her relationship with Skins actor Jack O’Conell Tulisa treated herself to a well-deserved break away in New York.
Whilst she was over the ‘Young’ singer hooked up with new BFF Rita Ora in New York City for drinks after getting to know each other on The X Factor UK earlier this month.
Tulisa posted a picture of her and the ‘R.I.P.’ singer enjoying cocktails together at a bar in the Big Apple.
“Me and @RitaOra casually beefing in new york! LOOOOL,” Tulisa tweeted last night (21st June).
Rita also returned to the US this week after a short stay in the UK that saw her performing live at Lovebox Festival last weekend, she will be performing at this weekend’s Lovebox festival.
Meawhile, Tulisa blamed the pairs “incompatible work schedules” on the break up – and to think they looked so happy!
Earlier this week she flew to Bulgaria to end the three-month relationship.
A source told the Mirror: “Jack is filming the new 300 sequel in eastern Europe and will be there until November.”
“He isn’t able to travel to the UK at all, as filming schedules are so tight.“
”This meant Tulisa was flying backwards and forwards to Bulgaria – as well as fulfilling for her X Factor duties,” the insider continued.
”A long-distance relationship just wasn’t working so the pair sat down together over dinner, and talked it through like adults. It was a fairly mutual decision and although she’s really sad to split from Jack, she knows it is for the best.”
It seems that Tulisa could have moved on already as she landed in New York with rapper The Dream.. watch this space.
