Gaga's the fashion icon out of the two of them; she's associated more for her collaborations with big names and her links to the fashion world. As far as taking fashion and branding it with your own stamp (McQueen Armadillo heels, Noritaka heel-less shoes, etc.), Gaga's by far more of a fashion icon.

That being said, Rih's way more of a style icon to me. Her outfits suit her really well and are extremely accessible. I mean, basic bitches all over the world tried to emulate that red weave alone. Her sense of style is way more "public," per se. So yeah, I guess that while Gaga's the fashion icon, Rih's more of the style icon, at least to the general public.

Wait, me, or the OP? Let's face it, no one's walking down the street in teal hair, leather harnesses, and pasties, but that doesn't invalidate her as the biggest fashion icon in the game right now. It's just that Rihanna's a different icon, known for her style, but not necessarily for fashion as a whole.
